  • Custom-made or made-to-measure garments created to your specific measurements
  • Personalized items with custom colors, finishes, or design modifications
  • Worn or altered garments showing signs of use or modification
  • Items without original packaging or missing protective seals
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

How to Start a Return

If your item qualifies for return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via email or our contact form
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization – we'll send you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and documentation
  5. Ship the return using a trackable shipping method (customer responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective)

Once we receive and inspect your returned garment:

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days to verify condition and eligibility
  • Refund approval: You'll receive email confirmation once approved
  • Processing time: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Bank processing: Allow an additional 3-5 business days for your financial institution to post the credit

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges for Garments
