How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China & Hong Kong will be shipped by ePacket that known as small packet. It will be passed to your country postal for the deliver once it reach your country.
First class delivery are available to upgrade with lowest price in market and it featured top courier like DHL, Aramex or EMS services. It will took 6 to 8 business days to do the delivery.
Is it free shipping?
For most of the first class country, yes. Only certain country will be charged for shipping fee.
Which courier do you use for shipping?
For standard shipping, we will use epacket. The packet will updated and passed to your country postal once it online. You can track in in your country postal to locate it. eg US parcel can check at USPS while CA parcel can check at CAPOST. This small packet may took about 20+ business day to arrive but its safest to not seized by custom.
For first class delivery, we will choose the channel for you depending on country and weight of the product. We will email you where to check it along with the tracking no.
Do you use different courier for different products to avoid custom seize?
Yes, normally for first class express, all clothing will ship via DHL express for most of the country.
For standard shipping, it will still remain small packet for all product. This small packet may took about 20+ business day to arrive but its safest to not seized by custom.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. No matter where you are. Some country might took longer time to delivery and we will contact you about that.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. However, we usually declare the parcel below $15 to help you avoiding taxes from your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 days after your purchased, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2 – 5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Its been 15th days from the day I place the order but it still no arrive.
Days counting on the delivery day are based on the day your tracking id online. Its count by business days instead of normal days which exclude any holiday and weekend. Also the delivery duration are just the estimate duration provided by post office. It may alter by for issue like bad weather, strike etc.
My parcel show picked up at facility or waiting for partner but no update for many days.
Dont worry, this will be normal. Its due to normally they need wait parcel send from our first leg courier from HK to destination country, custom clearance. Then only will past to local post for update.
I paid for first class express, but item still no arrive after xth days
As we mentioned on order confirmation, we will take 3-7 days to process your order then only dispatch it. Then start counting on the day track no online in business days.
I live in Africa and paid for first class express, but item still no arrive punctual time.
Shipping time to further country are just estimated by post and cannot be accurate. Its due to they need collect enough parcel then arrange flight to destination country.
Why you take 3-7 days to process our order and how does shipping flow.
Main reason we use 3-7 days to process your order is because we are not always posting the parcel at post office. Instead we hire agents to handle all our parcel to be shipped. Sometime they are slow to come our warehouse pick up the parcel.
This is the flow how your parcel being shipped and arrive to you.

- Order submitted to warehouse.
- Warehouse pack your order.
- Agents come to pick up your parcel.
- Agents process your parcel and pass to courier (USPS, DHL, EMS).
- Courier scan your track no into their system, customer will see waiting for partner or picked up by facility.
- Courier schedule for flight and send from local country to destination.
- Arrive air port, pending for custom clearance.
- Destination post pick up and update new status.
- Delivery to your address.
